In no event will Cloudiway sell any such data. These CCPA terms do not limit or reduce any data protection commitments Cloudiway made under the DPA, Terms of use, or other agreement between Cloudiway and Customer.

Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, postal address, and phone number ("Personal Information").
We will only collect and process personal data about you where we have a lawful basis to do so.
