i am dealing with (diagnosed!) mental health issues, so there might be times where i'm rather inactive on my account. if we have a trade/sale going on or you joined one of my gos and you notice me avoiding your messages, i'm probably not doing too well but i am by all means not trying to ghost or scam you. i will reach out to you as soon as i'm doing better! i will still try to work on your item(s) and sending out as soon as possible for me (!).

please do not comment things like "dmed" under posts or spam dm me if i haven't responded in a bit. these things make usually cause me a lot of anxiety and make me feel pressured.

i don't always have the time to send everyone shipping proof or tracking numbers. if you want me to provide that, please let me know - i usually keep the receipts from the post office until everything sent out has arrived.

if you are being rude or disrespectful, i will block you and you will not get any form of refund nor your items if you have already paid.

it has occurred multiple times that addresses are not being properly written down in the shipping form (ex.: one-liners), usually being us-addies. i am not us based and therefore have no idea how they are supposed to look. failure to properly write your full address will result in me deleting the form without further notice. i am not responsible for running after you for a correct address.

i am not responsible for lost/damaged mail after i sent your item(s) out.

i accept paypal f&f and bank transfer. strictly no g&s, sorry.

i also take cc as long as you are aware of the risks: if it gets lost, i will not send out the item(s) you paid for and you won't get refunded, so please be 100% sure if you really wanna pay per cc.

please make sure i receive the money in the right currency. i always put it on the very top of the columns in the masterlist, so if you are unsure, please have a look.

keep track of the deadlines! if there are any issues, please reach out to me. i understand that there are scenarios that make it hard to pay for something within a few days, but i can't take that in consideration if you don't let me know. i can usually pay a little more if there's any problems, so please talk to me and we can find a solution together :)

i will no longer be running after money. if you miss the deadline, i will come up for your spot myself. that also means i will remove you from the go and you will not receive your item(s), nor receive a refund.

once you've paid for your item(s), you're a fix joiner and can no longer back out, therefore you won't be able to get a refund. the only exception is if the item(s) you claimed sold out or gets refunded by the seller. ghosting me when a payment is due will result in me blocking you and a potential dwayor post.

gos take time sometimes and there might be complications beyond my control. of course, i will try to get everything here as quickly and safely as possible but things (e.g. strikes, slow process at k-addy, etc) can always happen.

after i send out a message for doms and customs, please make sure to pay and fill out the shipping application within one month, otherwise i will put your item(s) ufs without another warning. i don't want to be rude by doing this, i just do not have the space to store multiple gos at once, especially if it's comeback gos. so if there's any issues as to why you can't pay within that time span, please talk to me and we can find a solution together.

two things for enhypen gos: 1. all albums will be unsealed. if you are not okay with that, please do not join. not participating in the member sorting only means that you'll be getting random pulls, not that your album(s) will remain sealed! 2. i will be using the gos to join fansign raffles. please do not join if you're uncomfortable with that.

i charge a fee (0,50€ for smaller items [like pcs], 1€ for bigger ones [like an album] and 2€ for even bigger items [like a season's greetings]) for packing material (per item). if you're not okay with that, don't join my gos.

i always send photo or video proof of the item, one with your address on the envelope/package and i will provide some sort of mailing proof (for example a receipt from the post office, a picture/video that shows your packed item in front of a post office, etc.).

i will inform you about any damages/defects before we agree to trade. i expect you to do the same.

you always have the right to back out if you are uncomfortable or changed your mind, just please let me know if you do.
