Your investment in the Climate Change Fund will be deployed across 10-15 EIS-eligible companies in around 12 months.

The Climate Change Fund is open for investment by people who qualify as High Net Worth Individuals or Sophisticated Investors.
The Fund carries the ‘Sustainability Impact’ label created by the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority, meaning that it invests mainly in solutions to sustainability problems, with an aim to achieve a positive impact for people or the planet.
All investments through the Climate Change Fund are eligible for EIS or SEIS tax relief. This includes both Income Tax and Capital Gains Tax reliefs. The effect of EIS and SEIS tax relief is to reduce the risk of investments, both at the point of investment, and beyond. Climate Change Fund Investments held for more than 3 years do not attract Capital Gains Tax. If losses are made, these may be offset against income.
