1. UAD Consistency Check
- it will check the following cells in your Comps Grid with the corresponding fields in the Comparables Database: Address, Sales Price, Location, Site Area, View, Quality of Construction, Property Condition, Total Rooms, Bed Rooms, Bathrooms and GLA. This will ensure your data is consistent across reports.
2. Enhanced Comparables Database
- preference settings allow you to Automatically save your Subject and Comps to your Comparables Database. This will allow ClickFORMS to save your comps to the database as you save your reports.
3. Auto Adjustments-- Specifically for UAD Reports!
- added 3 Auto Adjustments for Quality of Construction, based on the UAD Q- value, the Property Condition, based on the UAD C- value and the Basement Finished Area, based on Finished Square Feet.
4. PCVMurcor Review and Override System
- implemented a Review and override system for those users uploading to PCVMurcor.

v7.8 [Nov 20, 2012]
- New: Any form that is not AIReady- compatible can now be exported as an image by checking the box in the AIReady Export Dialog. Instead of having to switch forms in and out of the report, simply check the box "Add Form's Image to ENV."
- The ENV file's XML structure has also been modified to include both the longitude and latitude of the Subject and Comparables, as well as the appropriate MISMO XML. To add the MISMO XML to the ENV file, simply use the DELIVER UAD APPRAISAL Workflow to Send to AppraisalPort. Sending to StreetLinks or PCV will also send UAD- Compliant ENV files.
