I had another LOTR dream. Saruman was nonexistant. Isengard had a queen, and no, she was not me. There was some sort of confrontation between her and Aragorn's crew. In a movie theater without the screen. Hmmmm. Not quite as intriguing as the pork dream, but oh well.

Then suddenly I was part of a marching band and I wandered into the parking lot and walking in front of Mr. Toy's car and he got pissed off. So I ran away.

Oh, joyfulness. Store flyers with cheap merchandise totally puts me in the holiday spirit.

I was so afraid of the blender at first, hehe.

The pasta that I got was light red, but it was natural coloring because it was organic. Once I cooked it, it almost looked like normal pasta, but then the green pesto sauce made it much more Freddy-like.

The texture is different. It's more coarse. <lj:music>"What Is Love," & the Eurodance song (can't find lyrics!)</lj:music>

What began as an absolutely horrible day has gotten much better. I haven't been on this computer since Friday morning.

Friday and Saturday were so amazingly wonderful. I read Talia's entries about it and was just laughing all over again. Playing "What is love" for the workers next door was just hilarious, I still can't get over the fact that we had the karaoke machine pointed towards the house they were building... just coming down the street after we had left it on for an hour and hearing the beat and those catchy lyrics was hilarious!!

Nightmare on Elm Street movies are wonderful. "Bon appetit, bitch!" "Feeling tongue tied, Joey?" "Some wet dream, eh?" "Welcome to Wonderland, Alice!"

When the sun was setting on Friday we went to the swings. There is nothing more awe-inspiring. I was just staring right into the sun, and there was nothing but sand, ocean, and sky in front of me. Suddenly I wondered at how anyone could experience such a thing and not want to spend the rest of their lives helping to preserve the environment and wildlife. I found myself swinging back and forth feeling totally at peace, and I knew that if the chains of the swing broke and I fell and cracked my head, I would have been totally happy with the way I spent my life. Nothing else mattered on the swings.

When it started to get dark we went back to the house to get our music, and then we went right to the beach and Talia had the personal CD player and she went off to sing songs and I had the microcassette player with my techno, and I went off and just danced up a... sandstorm! ^_^ It was even more inspiring than being on the swings. I just twirled and twirled and twirled and practiced all the choreography I had made with no one to watch, and with what I hadn't figured out, I just waved my arms around madly and ran in circles. Near the beginning I lost my balance and I fell over backwards which knocked me into my senses for about 5 seconds, and then the madness started again. I could hear Talia singing even though she was probably 10 yards away or something, and I felt the sand and water beneath my feet as I just wrote my soul into the sand with my feet to have it smoothed away into nothing by the waves. Then I repeatedly got lost trying to find my way back to our stuff and then we had to go back to the house because Talia's mom had been looking for us and I felt bad because we had been out on the ocean for probably an hour. I lost my sock and then Talia spotted it in the morning by the street and I was so happy and now they're my lucky socks.

The next morning we went to the Ventura marina and I don't understand why my grandmother hasn't taken us there in so many years. That place is wonderful!! Wonderful!! We rented a paddleboat and followed a pirate ship and peddled madly to get out of the paths of boats and then back behind them so that we could float on the waves they had made. And as Talia said, someone told us that we were "on the wrong side of the road" and if I ever go back I need to ask someone if there are any traffic rules.

I also had a peanut butter and banana sandwich. So Charles, if you're out there, your "sister" has lived.

Thank you again, Talia!!

Yesterday I got together with Ryan and we walked around Ventura (the street) and went to Barnes and Noble and Long's and stuff. Then we watched an episode of Gilmore Girls that he had downloaded. I played some of the techno, but he didn't seem nearly as enthralled with it as I am. Oh, well.

I think this "Back to Earth" song has been disturbing me because it reminds of the observatory in NY, which reminds me of a person who reminds me of something that I learned. Someone said something that I didn't think was true, and the more I thought about it the more it made me curious, and so I asked my mom a question. She didn't want to give the answer away but she did anyway, and since then it's really been bothering me.

My mom just sentenced me to no computer tomorrow and not being able to go anywhere. I think I'm going to steal away and take the bus. Vanessa, will you be home?

Eeeeks!

Last night I had this really weird dream where there was this guy who looked like a 18-year-old version of Brad Dourif who was attending Providence and I was visiting and I was flirting with him and then suddenly everyone assumed we were going out and so I was waiting for him to ask him and he never showed up.

I spent all morning in bed mumbling and cursing and being annoyed that I had to have such a dream.

I still cannot focus. English entries remain as well as the history terms.

BYE!

BYE!

My history reading is DONE. DONE.

I was up until after 1:00 this morning and then I got up at 5:00 to finish it. I kept starting to fall asleep. I think I did fall asleep at one point.

FO SHO. Finished it at 6:50 this morning.

My dad's putting a new battery in the car right now.

I need to put a box of pasta in my backpack before I forget. And I need to remember to write down my grandparents' old address. It's on a piece of cardboard in the garage. ^_^

Must remember those two things. Bye!

So nothing's happening tomorrow. Okay.

Should I go to the zoo again and try to make myself read history? Or should I stay home and ignore my parents as they try to make me do chores around the house?

Wait a minute. Isn't James going to Disneyland on Friday? What is Ryan talking about?

Nevermind, nevermind.

Stefani, what do you want to be when you grow up?

WELCOME HOME FROM EUROPE, EVERYONE!
