No Suspect in Brittania Assasination Attempt
The investigation of the dissapearance and possible death of Brittania Company CEO Lelouch Vi Brittania still lacks a suspect. Since Saturday's bombing of Mr. Brittania's limo, every person brought in for questioning in regards to the murder attempt has been released on bond.
CBPD chief Alucard Van Hellsing was unavailable for comment, but Sergeant Mike Sicowycz, who is in charge of the investigation says the department has no plans to hand the investigation over to the FBI. He reiterated that "The [officers] of [The Clairbourn Police Department] are [working hard] to bring in a [primary suspect]."
Mr. Brittania was a part time student at Clairbourn High and was scheduled to graduate this saturday along with the rest of the 2008/2009 Senior Class. If he is conclusively proved dead, he is expected to graduate posthumously.
His dissapearance represents a blow to the company, whose fortunes have been waning since their partners, the Shinra Corporation, pulled out of the silver mining project just outside of city limits.
Mr Brittania's sister, Euphemia, refused to comment to the press. Brittania company spokesman Bismark Waldstein said "The whole company is praying for the return of our CEO, but in the event of his death we are preparing a suitable candidate to pass ownership of the company to."
