With this release cl-journal no longer depends on git for anything.

Changes since 0.2.2:

new command, that accepts a name and just opens editor with file named YYYY-MM-dd-name.md for now.
hard dependency on git was removed, login is stored in db now
support for journal field for posts to publish to specific communities
added last command to open system editor with last published file

This is a first client release posted in this community although it's not a major one.

Some highlights from this and previous 0.2.x releases:

sync command was renamed to push, pleast run cl-journal init once more to update pre-commit hook if you have one.
