Made in PS7, contains selective coloring, but is optional
Turns out very similar
1. Prepare your base, crop it to 100x100
2. Duplicate your base twice and set it to screen 100%
3. Make a new layer, and flood fill it to #00133D exclusion 100%
4. Make a new layer, and "stamp visible" (Ctrl+Alt+Shift+E), set this layer to softlight 100%
5. OPTIONAL: YOU MAY SKIP THIS STEP, IT TURNS OUT SIMILAR ANYWAYS =)
New adjustment layer. (Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Selective Coloring)
Set to the following:
Reds- cyan (-56), yellow (-24)
Yellows- cyan (-44), yellow (-23)
Neutrals- cyan (+100), yellow (-22)
6. Add anything else you want
7. Make another new layer, stamp visible (Ctrl+Alt+Shift+E) and set the layer to softlight 100%
8. You're finished :)
