Who We Are
The Citizen Science Foundation (CSF) is a fully qualified 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to advancing the field of Citizen Science by empowering ideas outside traditional academic and institutional frameworks. We believe that groundbreaking scientific discoveries can emerge from anyone, regardless of background. Our work focuses on fostering collaboration, inclusivity, and innovative approaches to scientific inquiry
We also emphasize the importance of communicating scientific research clearly and accessibly through social media, film, and video, ensuring the broadest possible audience can engage with cutting-edge discoveries.
What We Do
Currently, our primary focus is research surrounding Lean Mass Hyper-Responders (LMHR), individuals exhibiting uniquely high cholesterol levels in response to low carb, “keto” diets. Our landmark LMHR Study has been fully recruited and now complete, shedding critical insights into cholesterol metabolism and cardiovascular risk.

CoSci – Learning Through Giving
The Collaborative Science Conference, popularly known as CoSci, is our annual charity fundraising event supporting CSF’s mission. CoSci bridges formal and citizen scientists alongside diverse professionals to discuss, debate, and drive innovation in health and nutrition science. The conference offers an inclusive platform featuring presentations, panel discussions, and vibrant debates highlighting varied perspectives.
