Welcome to Circular Ring’s Status Page!

We continuously monitor our systems in real time and are immediately notified of any outages. If you see an issue listed here, there’s no need to contact our support team — we’re already working on it.

If no issue is reported, it may mean the problem lies with our cloud provider, which may not always appear here.

🔎 Important to note: These outages are not related to your ring itself. Your hardware is functioning correctly.

An “ES02 error” indicates the app cannot reach our servers.

If the app is slow to open or crashes on the splash screen, this is also due to server communication issues — not a hardware fault.

The same applies if you are unable to access your historical data.

❌ What NOT to do

Do not uninstall the app.

Do not log out of your account.

These actions will erase data stored on your phone and will only make the issue worse.

✅ What TO do

The best solution during a server outage is simply to wait and try again later.
Your data will automatically sync as soon as the servers are back online.

Scheduled - We are currently performing maintenance following the rollout of our new rapid scoring system introduced a few days ago.

Unfortunately, users located in negative time zones (such as the US, Canada, and South America) may not see their data, including Sleep Score and Energy Score, in the app.

For some other users,
-Sleep scores may appear lower than usual due to a circadian rhythm scoring issue.
-We have identified the cause of missing scores on certain days.

Please note that your data is still being recorded correctly and remains visible on our servers.

🛠️ Our team is actively working on these issues. Maintenance will continue over the next few days, and an app update will be released soon.

Other Known Issues

-Partial data on March 13–15
Activity intensity data was incomplete for part of the day.
✅ This issue has been resolved.

-Sync getting stuck
Some users may experience syncing freezing at a certain percentage after an app update.
🔧 A fix is currently in progress.
