How would you describe the cooperation with the community?
Cooperation with the Accace Circle community was efficient. We shared know-how and established processes that ensured consistency and quality in delivering payroll services, while also strengthening cross-country collaboration within the network.
How would you describe the cooperation with the client?
The client is a large international company with over 300 employees, strict reporting deadlines and established internal processes. Due to its size and structure, our dedicated Numeri team had to stay flexible and quickly adapt to the client’s specific requirements, maintaining constructive communication and a strong focus on accuracy.
What are your main takeaways from this experience?
This project reinforced the importance of adaptability, precision and effective communication when working with large scale clients. It also demonstrated the value of having reliable, standardized payroll solutions combined with customized tools, such as the VBA automation we developed, to reduce manual work and errors. Overall, the experience strengthened our ability to deliver complex payroll services efficiently, even under demanding conditions.
