Henry Siu is the Senior Production Manager at CIE Manufacturing, where he has been a driving force in chassis and trailer manufacturing operations since 2011. With over 14 years of experience in the intermodal and transportation equipment industry, Henry oversees end-to-end production—from chassis design and welding to painting, assembly, and final quality inspections—ensuring every build meets AAR, DOT, FMVSS, ISO, ANSI, SAE, and TTMA standards.

Henry brings deep technical knowledge of steel grades, coatings, braking systems, suspension components, and container locking mechanisms, combined with proven leadership skills that inspire welders, fabricators, and quality teams to perform at their best. He is committed to operational excellence, leveraging lean manufacturing principles, KPI tracking, and root cause analysis to optimize throughput, reduce defects, and maintain a zero-compromise approach to safety and quality.

A graduate of DeVry University with a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management, Henry is known for his adaptability, problem-solving under pressure, and ability to guide teams through change—whether it’s adopting automation, integrating new product lines, or streamlining workflows. His focus on collaboration with engineering, purchasing, sales, and quality departments ensures that every CIE Manufacturing product meets customer expectations and supports the global supply chain.
