ChipIT is a free program to Explore GSM Sim Cards and Save, Load, Edit or Copy the Phone Book. It runs under WIN95/98 (32 bits program) and includes quick commands with buttons Select, Get Response, Read Binary, Read Records. The tool is compatible with GSM11.11 (6.2) and ISO7816 3-4 specifications (improved ATR analysis).
