I like things like tampons, civil rights and indoor plumbing, so growing up in a different time is out. I wish I'd grown up with more Americanized parents that hadn't left me to fend for myself. Public schools in big cities don't raise a girl right.

Haha. I have a crooked line on my foot from where I decided to ink myself with a sharpie and an exacto knife when I was 16. I had a bunch of ear holes but they all got infected and closed up except for one at the very top of my left ear

disconnecting from life

yes!

football

12) Do you have a pessimistic or optimistic attitude?

i have a depressive attitude. even when i think i'm optimistic there's usually an undercurrent of pessimistic self-loathing

13) What would you do if you were stuck in an elevator with me?

make sure you're ok then bust out the hangman

14) Worst thing to ever happen to you?

neglect and ridicule from my parents

i wrote a 20-page autobiography when i was four years old

it would suck for you because my apt is being fumigated as we speak

i'd clean up my skin

conscience, probably. the ethical voice in my head is really obnoxious and naggy but i usually listen to it

yup, drug possession, age 17. my mom called the cops on me when she found out i was doing meth & they found a bunch of lsd in my room. this was almost 14 years ago, do not be frightened

can, it's what's around

move into a bigger apt, buy some furniture, pay some bills, put the rest away

it's vital. i guess i believe it in a more practical way than this question implies after having been in a relationship for seven years--it's something you have to work on and the work you put into it is satisfying as are the rewards

33) Favorite and least favorite food?

fav: red caviar; least fav: it's another russian food but i don't know how to say it in english. it's basically fish jello. flavorless gelatin with fish and hardboiled eggs in it that you eat with horseradish sauce. just thinking of it makes me a little queasy
