Sig Tag Request

This is where you can either a) request a sig tag or b) let everyone know you can/will make sigs for others! See below for the how-to and rules of both.

For Sig Makers: Reply to this post with a post of your own copy/paste the following form and fill it out. Also, once you make a sig for someone, reply to the first comment there is, which is mine and link me to the reply where you posted a sig for someone in this post for your 5 points for your team.

For Sig Requester: Reply to whichever sig makers post that you want to request from and copy/paste the following form and fill it out.

<b>Name</b>: (what name you want on the sig) <b>Team</b>: (that your on, to be put on the sig) <b>Graphic(s)</b>: (whatever graphics that you might want to be put onto the sig -- if able, try to give at least 2 for the maker to choose from to use unless you really can't) <b>Other</b>: (anything other that you'd like the maker to know)
