Fair enough with the sprites
Actually you can't cork like ANY of the goblins. I only mentioned the queen but it's like all of them. Is that on purpose?
Regarding #5, yes they were specific NPCs. One was the green quest-giving woman in front of the town hall in the main town. I forget her name. Another was the juicer in the main town. I forget her name as well. I don't remember the third one
Also I forgot to mention, there's ghost NPCs.
There were like 3 anachronistic uninteractable NPCs that had no hitbox.
One was a purple-haired questgiver that stood in front of the market. Her sprite was rendered at the beginning of the game but her character spawned after interacting with the mayor and getting the quest with the goblins.
Another was the green-clothed woman who took me to see the mayor in the first place. Her sprite lingered in the main room of the town hall after her use was served and she wasn't there anymore.
Another was the black-clothed black-haired party member the mayor sends to help us. If you leave the mayor's office and come back, her sprite will still be in the top right of the room despite her standing right behind you
Also the alcoholic drinks don't seem to work on party members. It makes them drunk but it doesn't fizz them up
Also if it's at all possible mayyyyybe there should be another stage of inflation between stages 3 and 4. It feels like the characters kinda fwoomp up suddenly when going between those sprites. But this one is extremely low priority it does not matter that much
Also I wanna cork the goblin queen ehehehe
I have spent a ridiculous amount of time on this game. it's one of the best inflation games out there, though I do have one or two constructive criticisms with it
The mango juice makes you slowly inflate forever which is cool and all but there's no option to stop it after drinking it. My autosaves kept the effect making me basically softlocked into a hard mode. I had to reset the game. I wouldn't ask you to change the mechanics of the mango juice but maybe you could have it automatically create a save file right before being used so I can undo that kind of mistake when I want to
I feel like the bong should be able to be used on other people. It has a special icon and a minigame. at the very least it should work on other party members
Many NPCs simply do not respond to the puffkiss lipstick. It's my preferred minigame and also the air pump can get really really laggy
some NPCs do not stay inflated even if you cork them, meaning you lose a cork.
the Petty goblins that have that inflation competition are cool but the female one can't be inflated further. it softlocks the game with an error message if you try
I think the prisoner SHOULD be inflatable but I understand why that might be hard to pull off cause every time you go to jail it ends up being one of two different people
I have no idea where I'm going the vast majority of the time. I backtrack so often when trying to find a new location. there should be some sort of map
I think it'd be really funny if you could inflate the fast-travel woman and it just makes the fast-travel feature not work anymore
More NPC-specific interactions should happen. I liked when that one girl in green treated me inflating her as a competition and she fought back and even won once, and the barkeep forcefeeding my character beer and making it extra fizzy took me off guard in a good way
Even WITH an autoclicker it still takes too long- you need to click this one button hundreds of times to get to the end, and there's nothing dynamic about it. There's no minigames, no animations in-between stages, nothing in-game to help you click faster.
This game is Incomplete. That's the best way I can put it. You have the inflation bar at the top, you have interactions with the characters. And you have a good 5 levels. But those are the most basic things one could ask for in a game. You have no gimmick, no goal, and no "lose" state. So far it's basically a collection of Sequences that you need to click one morbillion times to see all the pages.
You really should make a new set of levels at some point
Maybe you can add water, which can be combined with milk to make More Milk, which can then be used to make jelly
Or maybe Soda. It would a be a bad substance that you need to get rid of. It turns milk and water into soda when coming into contact with those substances. It destroys Jelly, and you're not allowed to get rid of it by sending it off the stage. The reason being it's sticky so it'll get into and gum up the off screen machines in the factory. Your only option to get rid of it is feeding it to the girl
Or maybe you can add cotton candy or some other cloudlike substance. It'd be a gas, and act similar to jelly, but it would have reversed gravity, floating up instead of falling down
Or you can just make more normal levels which would also be cool
Ok ok ok ok hear me out
Soda cake
Is worth like 1 fat point but massively increases your GP cause. It's fizzy
Maybe the boss equivalent has an attack where she shoots a giant gas bubble, like how the player character can do when they have Max gp
Maybe she hae an attack where she slams into you but if you push her away with 5 parries in a row while she's falling, that would count as "shaking her up", which if they have low enough health it inflates her and you can choose to make her pop or float like the sponge cake
Also you really gotta balance pump punk. It takes like a full second to cancel the inflating of some cakes and that's not time I have when a bullet is about to hit me and I need to dodge Right Now and also the bullet was not shooting at me before I had the air hose out so I couldn't have predicted ot
1. Eh, I guess I've never had to transfer save data between updates before so I wouldn't know
2. I may be stupid
3. Even with the calorie keys, if someone is disabled in such a way that they are incapable of being good at the game, it's possible that they'll never reach the first one at stage 16. Even then, it would still probably be very rare for them
4. Fair enough
5. Oooh, interested in seeing that in the next update
I enjoy the game a lot, and I've unlocked about %95 of the gallery, but I'd like to suggest some addendums for future updates
1. Create a function to transfer save data between game updates. I wouldn't want to restart from the beginning with achievements and unlocks if you come out with a new major update
2. Add a "one-handed" mode. The up arrow key would shoot and the down arrow key would use GP
3. Some disabled people may be physically incapable of playing the game good enough to unlock much of the content. The cheats do not solve this as they disable achievements and unlocks. Add one more cheat that "allows unlocks and achievements to be earned even with cheats on". This could have a pop-up saying it's Ill-advised to use unless you're really bad at the game
4. You've likely already thought of this already, as it's mostly a technical issue, but allow shifting sugar to use any of the power-ups that other characters may use so that she's more interesting to play as. Also, in lieu of adding voice lines, make her facial expressions more exaggerated than any other character
5. This is purely cosmetic, but maybe add an Easter egg where clicking the character on the main menu will cause them to inflate/get fatter, and doing so again will pop them, allowing a different character to show up on the main menu screen
This is a fun tycoon, But the super convergence is currently unreachable in a reasonable amount if time. I would recommend adding more upgrades, maybe more constellations even. But at maximum efficiency in automation, I had left my computer running overnight and made only about 600k light. There needs to be more things to do before the Super Convergence, but until then, I can't complete the game.
This thread will be entirely about talking about the quirks or appearances of the characters you can meet in the game. Feel free to talk about anyone, from the blacksmith to the scientist to Molder. I'll start with some girls.
The Royal Advisor is nothing. Any personality I try to extrapolate from her can be explained by like, just being kinda helpful. She seems to like tariffs though? And I can tell she enjoys when people come to the kingdom but like, that's it.
The Witch is cute but like she takes all my money, and like, she does good things with it, and I experienced the consequences of angering the spirit realm firsthand but- It costs so much to keep them at bay and I Do Not Think The Witch Needs That Much Money. I swear she causes the problems that I pay her to solve or something.
The Gardener is a Druid. Like she makes people out of plants, she is magic. She is also very polite. And pretty. I don't see much personality in her though, other than she loves plants.
And Madame Abeille... To be honest, she's the entire reason I made this thread. I love her design. The muted shades of black and yellow work really well together and I like the honeycomb headband. She's short, she's stout, she loves candy, and I don't want to say I simp for her but I DO give her money whenever she asks for it so like. idk I just. want to draw fanart of her. Idk why my brain latched on to her specifically but it did and now I'm stuck thinking about her so like-
Anyways continue this thread with characters you like, ok? ok
If you don't mind, I'd like to suggest some possible additions, in the form of Modes;
Casual Mode: Everything is easier. Cake doesn't hurt you when it attacks you and you're already full, Coke and Mentos are more potent, enemies do less damage, have less defense, and contain more "FD". Also, the mimic in the boss room is a real sack instead. Intended to better enjoy the fetishy aspects of this fat fetish game.
Competitive mode: Exact opposite of casual mode. It's harder to fill yourself up, enemies have more defense and attack, However, when eating things that increase defense and attack, they do so slightly more than normal. Intended to play into the "game" part of this fat fetish game
Hardcore mode: Exactly like how the game currently is except sacks cannot heal you when you sleep, so you have to use the hearts, and if there are no hearts, then you can't heal.
Also maybe add the ability to continue playing once you eat the boss in the Boss Room
Actually now that I think about it, there's an unfair amount of enemies in the boss room, maybe you should just make the mimic into a real sack, or make it so that defeating a mimic turns them INTO a sack, or something, cause that could fix the balancing issue of the boss room pretty easily
This would all have to be a whole update by itself tho, so like, if you decide to do any of this, take your time and stuff
There is, I'm not sure if there's another way to do this, but if you, AFTER getting the nil ending, go to "Memories" and go to the last page. Once you do this, select "Partially erase memories". This unlocks new dialogue. Pick all the bottom options until you're at scenes you haven't seen any version of, like Time and Space staring at each other lovingly, with Space's hands on Time's shoulders. At this point, just do what you want, leaning toward a good ending of course. I might be missing some things or mixing up some things so go ahead and experiment with details I haven't covered.
