Check Alpha is an official Alpha-Pharma Healthcare product authentication App. Each product has a serial number which is visible and a security code which needs to be scratched. Both the serial number and the security code needs to be entered on the authentication app to authenticate the authenticity of a product. Any product that does not authenticate through our system is a counterfeit and must be destroyed or returned to the pharmacy or distributor. We strongly discourage anyone from purchasing our products as loose ampoules/trays or blisters/strips without cartons. All genuine Alpha-Pharma products are always supplied in a tamper proof carton with intact silver scratch field.
