What do you think your strengths as a writer are? What do you think your weaknesses are? What areas would you most like to improve?

I'd like to think that I am really good with writing poetry and short stories. I know that for the most part I don't have problems keeping my short stories short like many of my writer friends do. I am also really good with spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

My biggest weakness is finishing things. The longer a piece is the less likely I am to stick with it long enough to actually finish it. I want to improve in that area, but I am terrible at setting my own deadlines and sticking to them.
