Munday music and theme songs

We probably had a similar question to this back when we did music for Saturday prompts, but that was a while ago, so!

Does your character have a 'theme song', either ICly (chosen by them) or OOCly (by you)? Some song that they/you feel just sums up their life and struggles and personality? If so.... share it! Feel free to elaborate on why it fits the character.

Let's see:

Marce would have as her theme song "Rage" by the local punk rock band The Jerks. It suits her hard-core and rather angry personality. Aside from the song being rather political and furious sounding, it's got some great lyrics inspired by Dylan Thomas: "Well I'll go not gently into the night! Rage against the dying of the light! Sing a song about this terrible sight. Rage! Until the lightning strikes!"

Emil's theme song is "First Time" by the band Lifehouse. It's not only a pretty good take on his romance with Marce, but it speaks of his own rebirth as well as a person.

Ida would pick for her theme song "Loser Like Me" from the show "Glee". It's a little petty but for her it's important to look back on who she was as a high school student and see how far she's come since then.

Mark would choose the song "Out There" from the soundtrack of "Hunchback of Notre Dame" the Disney movie. All his life he's just wanted to be more than a lost boy from a rural town, and he can definitely relate with wanting even that single moment of freedom.

Darren can only pick the musical piece "Sing, Sing, Sing" by Benny Goodman. It captures his moods perfectly and it has also served as one of his favorite dance pieces.

Lize would like the song "I Will Survive". Considering that she's been singing this a lot ever since walking out on her ex, and that she's learning to survive without parents or people telling her what is expected of her, this song is  a good fit.
