Thursday indecision

"Should I stay or should I dare?"

Ida shut her eyes as she let the song continue to play. Why was it that the song "One Day More!" had a way of popping up in her mind, or at least in her music player, at the most untoward times? She ripped off her earphones and reached for the remote to turn on the TV.

"Protest rally hasn't kicked off just yet," she murmured, noticing the news segment. She glanced from the screen to the lab worksheets piled on her desk. "What to do with the next hour?" she wondered aloud.
