Friday: Take That, Fears!
"The only thing we have to fear is fear itself" -- Franklin Delano Roosevelt
...And zombies.
List five things you're afraid of. Then list five ways to defeat them.
1. Fire. Can be defeated with lots of water, a fire extinguisher, or by not setting fire to things in the first place.
2. Tornadoes. Can't really be defeated, but you can ride them out with a good disaster plan. Or avoid them altogether. (I haven't lived in a Tornado Alley state in ages.)
3. Insane asylums. Can be defeated, in a sense, by acting sane and thus staying out of them.
4. Being mugged. Can be defeated by staying out of bad neighborhoods and knowing a few karate moves.
5. Lack of coffee. Can be defeated by buying more coffee. (I had throw in a silly one, this was starting to get depressing.)
