Saturday This Sounds Like A Puzzle

Can you imagine what I would do if I could do all I can?

-Sun Tzu

I admit, it took me a moment to properly puzzle this one out. . . I suppose he means what he would do if he had no limits. The trouble is, a lot of people who talk like this -- removing limits, doing the impossible -- tend to be rather nasty folks. My friends love bending and twisting science to do amazing new things, granted, but they don't really talk like this. They don't risk life needlessly, or make things to harm people, just because they can. They're moral, decent people. The Touched who ignore those limits -- well, they're the ones responsible for all Touched having such bad reputations. I'm all for scientific advancement and stretching one's borders, but with reason. Forgetting basic human decency helps no one, not really. It's all right to eliminate some limits, but not all of them. You should never forget your humanity in trying to be the best you can be.
