I've always found capacities and abilities to be double edged things. Just because one is good at something, that doesn't mean they will or should do it. Like for instance, I *can* make people's lives hell with the technology I work on, but I will not do it because it isn't right. I know what I can do to women, but I will not do it, just because I love Ida. I can take revenge on everyone who has ever wronged me, but I won't since it doesn't make me a better man.
