Twosday plot devices
Twonight, please tell us TWO times you had a 'there but for the grace of' plot device arrive in the nick or (or at the worst possible!) time.
Marce's POV:
This has happened to us: we're about to get sent off, arrested or whatever during a rally, and then help arrives. I remember once, during a rally at the infamous Tavarez Compound (a contested community in our city), we were already face to face with some goons when the local parish priest showed up to talk them down.
Then a not-so-good one, in which I am the plot device: my father decided one afternoon to invite his 'secretary' to our house. They were getting busy in MY bed when I came home.
