Monday: Endless Abuse
Tell us some of the worst things you have done to a character to move a plot along. (Remember to put them under a cut if they are TOO bad) Alternatively, tell us about any time you showed mercy and spared a character from a horror that would have helped the story along.
I've had characters maimed, beaten, and abused in just about every way you can imagine. I've written rapings and killings. I've written things that I wouldn't watch, or read. I think quite possibly the worst ones came during my beloved Jack's and my major 50+-fandom crossover series, Love on the High Seas, when some of the good Pirates were captured and held hostage against their lovers.
I actually researched the torture devices I used. My love wouldn't write any of the scenes and could barely listen to them. It all fell to me to destroy our characters.
I had one of my original characters trapped to a wheel, her neck trapped in a spiked collar, and spikes throughout her. Faith, from Buffy the Vampire Slayer fame, was raped by both Lilah and a shapeshifter who had previously abused her terribly in the form of her mother, who had also marked her for life though not by raping her. She had cooked the kitten who had been Faith's only friend when she was a child. The shapeshifter was the Priest to whom Faith ended up running, a Priest who abused her in every way possible and used her in Demonic sacrifices while making her feel that she was worthless.
But the worst, the absolute worst, had to be what Ana Maria did to Will. She chopped his cock off like it was sausage and then thrust the Pear up his bum.
