Friday phobic
In honour of Friday the 13th, let's talk about something scary: phobias. Go here and choose five phobias. They may be five phobias that you yourself have, that people you know and are close to have, or just five that you think are interesting or can't imagine why anybody would be afraid of that.
List the five phobias you chose, along with an explanation of why you chose them.

Here is a choice list of some phobias that either I or my friends have:
1. Vaccinophobia: Fear of inoculation. This is mine. Call me a sissy, but I can't stand it when a doctor brings out the needles...
2. Tocophobia: Fear of childbirth. Of all people, Marce is the one who has this. And she has two kids already.
3. Helminthophobia: Fear of worms. This one famously belongs to Emil. I've seen him nearly shriek like a girl when his son Andrei picked up an earthworm.
4. Thantophobia: Fear of death. Pretty much everyone I know has this to some degree, but Wena's was so bad, she couldn't even go near funeral parlors.
5. Entomophobia: Fear of insects. To be exact, for me it's a fear of the flying cockroach. For Kale, it's potato bugs.
