Thursday: When You Assume. . .
List the ten most annoying assumptions that people make about you.
1. I'm a redhead, so I must have a fiery temper. (Which is true, admittedly, but sheesh, give me a chance to prove it before you make the jokes.)
2. I must hate my last name. (No feelings on it one way or the other.)
3. I'm an actress, so naturally I'll sleep around for roles. (How about HELL NO.)
4. I'm bisexual, so I'll cheat/force myself on people/what have you. (Nasty nasty stereotype.)
5. I have my fair share of one-night-stands, so naturally I'm willing to put out for anybody. (Nope. Not even close.)
6. Related to the above, I must also be a person of low morals. (Can a woman just like having sex?)
7. Also related to the above, I'm probably diseased. (I get myself checked regularly, and protection is always the first thing on my mind.)
8. Related to the above and the bisexuality thing, I'm completely unable to commit. (Huh -- I guess those steady boyfriends and girlfriends only existed in my mind.)
9. I do small productions and off-Broadway shows, so naturally I'm a no-talent hack. (Somebody's gotta do off-Broadway! We won't all fit!)
10. I got committed once, so naturally I'm completely bonkers and one step away from going in again. (Yeah, that's why I hate telling people about the asylum incident.)
