How do you deal with illness in your stories? How often do your characters get sick, and in what ways?
What kind of medicine are there in your world?
I haven't done anything with illness yet, but if I did, I would probably use it to write out a heartfelt/comic relief scene. In my world (which is set in the 17th century of China), the Chinese use plants or herbs as medicine. Some people viewed the medical profession with suspicion, and often would rather resort to superstitious practices such as incantation and exorcism.
