Well this is definitely more true of my weird marriage than my office. My office is a predictable chaos (I work as a therapist). My marriage can really be described as a drama. You might say that after eleven years as a couple, Mark and I have our 'scripts'.
But that doesn't mean we totally lack surprises. Case in point: only Mark could turn an argument into a marriage proposal. Beat that.
