Thursday: Free As a Bird. . .Or a Bat. . .Or a Moth
100 words on freedom, starting .....now.
You know, much as I love my power – sometimes I wish I’d gotten something that gifted me with wings. Growing a pair like Angel from the X-Men, being able to shapeshift into a bird or bat – anything that would give me the ability to fly. I love flying, and I love the idea of being able to go wherever I want, whenever I want. Yeah, maybe the trip would take longer (rest, food, and bathroom breaks), but – I think it would be worth it. That would be true freedom. Booking a plane flight is not the same thing at all.
