Thursday: Lying Liar Who Lies
Give us one hundred words. About what? Lying
Sometimes, I gotta admit, I feel a bit guilty about the fact that my life is something of a lie. That I’ve got to pretend that I’m just an ordinary human being. I mean, I know it’s not actually a big deal. I don’t have a flashy power good for superheroics. I can live like a normal human with no real consequences to the world. But sometimes – I want to tell people about the cool stuff I can do. Tell someone the truth for once.
And then I remind myself how well that went the last time I tried it.
