Twosday: You're My Second
Who is your second in command? What makes them the one person you can always trust to have your back? How did they become your partner/sidekick?
Hmmm -- I guess the closest I've got to that is Trevor, my best bud. He's two years older than I am, and sort of the calm to my crazy (though he's got a prankster side that rivals mine). I can always rely on him to bounce ideas off of, or to inject some common sense into my loonier imaginings. (Or not.) We originally met in college -- he was part of the same theater group I was part of -- but we didn't really become friends until a couple of years later, when we met again during a different play. He helped me learn my lines, and we just ended up clicking. It's good to have a best friend, even if sometimes I don't see him in person for ages thanks to me jetsetting all over the place.
