-Got in jail on a false charge, and succeeded in getting the case thrown out!!

-Aside from that incident with Marce? The *very* first time I lost a friend to political activism. One of my fellow debaters, Yvette, had been writing rather radical articles in the college paper. Somehow the military got wind of that, and kidnapped her one day. We all tried tracking her down, but she never surfaced. That changed my life a great deal.
