Because I must have missed these days....
Thursday, April 19: April is National Poetry Month. In celebration, write us a poem. It can be a haiku or a hallmark card, a sonnet or a limerick, or just some good ol' free verse. (Alex Ander P.I.'s point of view)
Friday, April 20: Tell us five rules you live by - and one that you have broken. (Alex Ander P.I.'s point of view)
Rules I live by:
One thing he had to give her, she could certainly hold her own in a shoot out. They had only been partners for a few months when Alex had proven her worth as a partner when she had his back in a serious gun fight against the Marape Brothers, a no good duet of bank robbers who had taken the city for quite a ride after cleaning out 3 of their biggest branches and slipping away every time without a trace. If she knew how much it turned him on to watch her gunning it out with not only one, but both thugs at the same time she'd probably throw something heavier than a stapler at his head. There was only one thing that puzzled him...he had felt her instant attraction to him from the get go, and had watched it grow over the years as they worked side by side. He knew she would give her life to save his in a heart beat should it come to that...so why wouldn't she give him her heart? Maybe if he asked nicely...maybe if he said pretty please with sugar on top...maybe one day she would let her guard down just enough...maybe...

Solving crimes
That is what I do
Hot blooded and short tempered
When it comes to love
I feel so
Lost

Rules I live by:
- Never give up
- Treat others how you want to be treated
- The evidence never lies
- Shoot first, ask questions later
- Business before pleasure
- Don't fall in love
