But what do we know of the heart nearest to our own? What do we know of our own heart?

Well, currently the heart nearest to my own is my best friend Trevor's, and I know he's a good guy. Always ready to help out a friend, to be a solid rock for someone to hang onto. I also know he's probably the person least interested in sex that I've ever met. He'll comment on whether people are attractive or not, but he never wants to screw anybody. *shrug* To each their own.
As for me -- I'm impulsive, I like sex, and I like both sexes. Add all that up, and you get a lot of one-night-stands and quickie relationships. Which is fine by me. Nothing wrong with enjoying some guilt-free nookie with someone whom you know you probably won't see much of later. But I do kinda wish I had more long-term relationships. Get to know someone and make some real memories with them. I dunno if I'll ever really settle down, but -- it would be nice.
