She started painting the wall bright yellow. If the boss wanted cheerful, she would get it in spades. Yellow walls, prints of flowers and a border of white wood with a lacy-looking border. It would be pretty if it killed her. She liked Wynne but there were days when she was too girly for words. She swore when a drop hit her black pants. The goth chick trying to be cheerful, the irony was not lost on her. Mentally planning how she was going to one day make this office hers and black gave her back the creative edge she needed to finish the annoying job.
