Twosday: What a Shock!
Tell us about a time somebody shocked/surprised/startled you.... and a time you were the shocker, rather than the shockee.
Bonus points if it's the same person in both instances!
Let's see. . .the one that immediately comes to mind for "someone shocked me" is when Cameron's girlfriend showed up. It was the last thing I expected, hearing her try to explain, "But I'm her girlfriend. . . ." I mean, I've been surprised plenty of other times, but that was a nasty one. I don't think I'll ever stop feeling sorry for Kris.
As for "I shocked someone," I definitely shocked the hell out my parents when I finally decided to go home after living on the streets for a while. A happy shock, though. We were all damn glad to see each other. I wish I'd done it earlier, but I was scared half to death. So happy to be proven wrong about them being mad (or worse, ashamed. . . .)
