The store was a tiny shop nestled in the corner of a shopping center, a plastic figurine of a winged pony guarding the window closest to the door.  That was the only window free from books, because each of the windowed walls of the store was stacked high with stacks of books that looked like they could tip over any second.

At the back of the shop, a woman sat behind a desk buried in more books, several of them open.  She muttered, and shook her head as she took notes.

According to a plaque just visible on the front of the desk, the woman was named 'Carmen'.  Her long and dark hair was gathered into a messy bun with a pencil sticking out of it.  She had another pencil stuck in her ear, and one in her hand that she was writing with.

"Cuaxolotl did not like milkshakes."  she muttered, seemingly to herself "Yes, they can be chocolate but I don't think that-  Yes, Hot Chocolate is more likely.

Carmen looked to her left and gave a stern look.  "I'm working right now."

Then she cracked a smile.  "Give me fifteen minutes.  Oh, bit longer, I think someone is here."
