Saturday I'm Not Good With Words

Well, good poetry, that is. A good poet can make even the simplest collection of words express something beautiful or profound. I've read my fair share of poetry, and the best ones always manage to paint a picture in one's mind. Lets one visit another place or time just through the power of their words.
Sometimes I wish I could write like that. But using words to create beauty isn't one of my strong points. I'm a wonderful artist (if you'll allow me to be a bit full of myself for a moment), but when it comes to writing? I don't think I'm the worst one who ever lived, but -- I'm not much good at it.
