Thursday: Weapon of Choice?
Today, we encourage you to drabble about weapons.
A.N.: Seriously have no idea where the idea of Lucy as a fencer came from. It just sort of popped into my head. I guess I think she's got the right sort of frame for it. And I know she can be quick and light on her feet.
“You know, I never pegged you as someone who would want to learn karate.”
“No?” Lucy looked up from her sundae. “Then what did you peg me as?”
“Honestly? You look like a fencer to me.”
“A fencer? Trevor, have you been taking the happy drugs again?”
“I don’t know. I just think you look more natural with a rapier than a black belt. I admit it’s not the greatest for self defense. . .”
“No – though, actually, it might help me with my acting in the right play. . .” Lucy mused. “What about a rapier and a black belt?”
“Scary. Go for it.”
