Today's prompt is not directly connected to writing, because I am a lazy mod! And a lazy mod who went to the bookstore today, where I picked up Napoleon's Privates and Death and Resurrection.
So, an indulgent and silly prompt: share with us your current list of what-you-are-reading. If you feel like attempting to be serious with this, tell us what sort of commonalities you can see (if any!) between the things you are reading, and the things you are writing.
Currently, I am reading A Game of Thrones by George R.R. Martin. Loved the TV series when I got to see some of it and wanted to read the books behind it. I'm almost done with it, but am unsure if I want to read the next one right away or read a different book. It's not like I don't own the box set, so it could wait.
And if you're on Goodreads, feel free to friend me! I love this site for keeping track on my books and meeting other avid readers. ^_^
