Thursday 10/29/09 (Once Bitten, Twice Shy) + Intro post
Hello, been lurking for a bit and preparing for NaNo. Intro post after the cut.
Being hurt wasn't plesant for anyone, including the Raggeds. Only the worst possible trauma could take away their emotions. In fact, emotions were quite important for them, the strongest one being hatred.
Astatine was one of the few whose hatred was directed inward. Whether a Ragged's abandonment was their fault no one but the child would ever know, however Astatine was almost sure of this fact.
The rushing water loomed many feet below the bridge, washing away all who dared to jump off it. Argon put his warped plush paw on his apprentice's shoulder.
"Let's go, Astatine. Another day, maybe"
Hey, I love writing and making characters. I guess that's why I have 3 stories going right now. :P This is from one of them, Ghost Dolls/The Raggeds (not sure which name to use yet), about abandoned stuffed animals who are warped by their hatred into creepy, disfigured things.
The three characters I'm working on now are as follows - Astatine, a 'female' Ragged who is (currently) the main character, Argon, a 'male' Ragged and Astatine's mentor, and the human One-Seventeen, the ruler and creator of all the Raggeds. They're fairly underdeveloped at this point but hopefully the comm will help with that.
Anyways. I don't do much RP (not very good at it haha) but feel free to contact me if you'd like to RP, I'm up for most stuff if you're up for RPing with creepy dead doll people.
And uhh, question. I don't quite understand the prompt system, can you only do today's prompt, or can you do yesterday's/one from a while ago? etc etc.
