The Great Gray Phallus from the Past

unkyrich was an unbeliever, I had to scan this picture from the Walking With Dinosaurs book.
It's a salamander called a Koolasuchus which weighed up to half a ton and had four inch teeth. The grooves along it skin were filled with nerves to help it sense prey. According to the book, it sprung open its large mouth at prey and "sucked them to their doom".
