What kind of information do you need? I am more
interested in creating an original character than
playing one from the series.

I never noticed (until now!) that he spelled community wrong. I just find that amusing, because I now know that Rich is a much much better speller than I am. Also, it's hard to believe now that I've only known him since March since he's such a good friend! I feel like I've known him forever.

3/4lb ground beef, 15 oz. ricotta cheese, 3 cups spaghetti sauce, 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, 6 lasagna noodles (dry), 1/4 cup water
In 10" skillet, cook beef until browned;stir and drain meat, then add spaghetti sauce and heat. In a 2 quart baking dish, spread 1 1/2 cups of the meat/sauce mixture, then top with 3 noodles, half of the ricotta and half of the mozzarella; repeat. Top with remaining mixture. Slowly pour water around inside edge of dish, cover.
Bake at 375 F. 45 minutes. Uncover, bake 10 minutes.
