So that people don't think I'm nationist or something.. let me elaborate.

French words piss me off. What is up with shit like hors d'ouvres and deja vu and rendezvous and savoir-faire and all that?

Why are so many French letters silent?

What's with that accent mark that I can never figure out how to make on my keyboard?

Why are they all so .... sophisticated sounding, and yet... so lame?

I just realized that if it weren't for France and the French words that have made their way into our language, I'd be a hell of a lot better speller. Thanks a lot, France.
