Grr... Annoying Family.
So my stupid brother Joe calls for some inane reason- and he calls right at three o'clock. Now... I get one phone call a day, five days a week, at three o'clock. Do you think this would mean a) That the rest of the family should use the phone right at three o'clock just to be assholes or b) they could call at any other freaking time of the goddamn day?
Well, apparently, they think the answer is a) . Fuck that.
I just went and stared at the offending family member (my mother) until she told Joe (like she should have in the first place) that she'd call him back later. Then instead of apologizing and handing the phone over, she starts bitching about how she should get to talk on the phone whenever she wants to, blah blah blah. Bitch.
I could understand this stupidity if I didn't get a phone call at the same time every day, five days a week, for the PAST TWO YEARS. How could they just sort of miss that fact and/or not care? Or if I tended to tie the phone up for hours with my phonecall. But no, I talk for ten minutes to Aus, and then that's that. You think they'd have a bit of respect for someone's daily phonecall and feelings. But of course, they don't. The only thing that's important to most of them is money, and shortly beyond that, whatever selfish needs they have at the moment. Ugh.
