PSA Integration | Keep jobs, warehouses, and equipment aligned

New

Kahi now connects with PSA to help teams keep job, warehouse, and equipment information aligned across both systems. Job details from PSA can be created in Kahi, while Kahi warehouses and assets can be shared back to PSA as stock locations and equipment records.

What’s New:

  • Job information from PSA can be created in Kahi
  • Kahi warehouses are represented in PSA as stock locations
  • Kahi assets can be shared with PSA as equipment records

Why You’ll Love It:

  • Reduce duplicate setup across Kahi and PSA
  • Keep job, and equipment details more consistent
  • Make it easier to use Kahi tracking alongside PSA workflows

Note: This sync does not bring PSA equipment cost, max-hours, or time-and-material fields back into Kahi.

Back Office | More Clarity in Global Map View

Improvement

We’ve improved Global Map view so it’s easier to understand what’s happening in any area at a glance. Updated map icons, clearer cluster details, and satellite view make it easier to scan job sites, multi-job sites, vehicles, trailers, warehouses, and orphaned assets from one place.

What’s New:

  • Updated map icons make vehicles, trailers, warehouses, job sites, and multi-job sites easier to spot in Global Map view.
  • Clusters now display in a clearer, more structured format so grouped locations are easier to scan and understand.
  • Orphaned assets, or assets outside of a defined location, are now easier to identify and review.
  • Satellite view is now available in Global Map view for added real-world context.

Why You’ll Love It:

  • Get a clearer picture of what’s happening in an area before taking action.
  • Scan grouped locations faster with cluster details that are easier to understand.
  • Spot orphaned assets more quickly when something falls outside a defined location.
  • Make faster planning decisions with less guesswork and better map context.

Asset Locating | Find Assets Faster in the Field or Warehouse

New

Kahi Field now helps users physically locate a misplaced asset in a warehouse, across a multi-job-site project, in different apartment units, or out in the field, including assets with a low battery. From an asset’s details, users can start a locating flow and follow in-app guidance that helps them move closer to the right asset with less guesswork.

What’s New:

  • Start a locate action directly from an asset’s details in Kahi Field.
  • Follow guidance that helps indicate whether you are getting closer to or farther from the selected asset.
  • Help narrow down the location of misplaced or low-battery assets in warehouses, job sites, apartment units, and field environments.

Why You’ll Love It:

  • Spend less time searching warehouses, job sites, and storage areas for misplaced assets.
  • Avoid jumping between Kahi Field and generic BLE tools like BeaconSET+.
  • Reduce confusion when multiple BLE-enabled assets are nearby.
  • Act faster when an asset’s battery is low and the team needs to find it before it becomes harder to track.

Note: BLE signal strength can vary by environment, obstacles, distance, and battery level, so the locating experience is designed to help narrow down the asset’s physical location rather than provide exact positioning.

Web Portal | All-In-One Asset History view.

Improvement

What’s New:

  • A redesigned History Tab that shows the complete lifecycle of an asset.
  • Consolidation of data from the retired Tracking Tab and old History Tab into a single, easy-to-read page.
  • Cleaner layout that highlights asset usage patterns and makes locating assets faster.

Why You'll Love It:

  • Follow the entire journey of an asset — from warehouse to vehicle, trailer, job site, and even orphaned state.
  • Pinpoint missing assets faster with a single, consolidated history view.
  • Save time with one simplified view — no more bouncing between the old Tracking and History tabs.

Vehicle Tracking | Jump directly from Kahi to Raven trips

New

Kahi now makes it easier to move between Kahi and Raven when working with connected vehicles. Customers can click Raven PConnected in key gateway and vehicle views to open that vehicle’s Historical Trips in Raven, reducing extra navigation and making the experience feel more connected. ** What’s New:**

  • Raven Connected is now clickable from the Vehicle details page/Gateway tab | Platform column.
  • The same link is available from the Gateway details page detail card.
  • The Gateways list page Platform column also links directly to the vehicle’s Historical Trips in Raven.

Why You’ll Love It:

  • Spend less time switching between platforms and searching for the right vehicle.
  • Move from Kahi vehicle or gateway details straight into Raven trip history.
  • Give teams a smoother workflow while Kahi and Raven continue becoming more connected.

Asset Filters | See only the categories in your inventory

Improvement

Filtering the asset list by category is now cleaner and easier to use. Instead of showing every asset category and type Kahi supports, the category filter now only shows options that match assets provisioned in your inventory.

What’s New:

  • Category filters now reflect the assets available in your inventory
  • Asset types that do not apply to your account are hidden from the dropdown
  • The filter list is shorter, more relevant, and easier to scan

Why You’ll Love It:

  • Find the right asset category faster
  • Avoid scrolling through options that do not apply to your work
  • Reduce confusion when filtering large asset lists

Operational Dashboard | Monitor and manage issues in one place

New

The new Operational Dashboard is now the default landing page in Kahi Back Office for more eligible roles. It replaces the previous Notifications view and gives these teams one centralized place to monitor operational health, spot issues across job sites, assets, gateways, and beacons, and jump straight into the right workflow to take action.

What’s New:

  • A new default dashboard brings together live operational metrics across job sites, assets, gateways, and beacons.
  • Color-coded cards make it easier to quickly see which issues need attention first.
  • Clicking a card opens the relevant list view with filters and columns already applied, so teams can start resolving issues right away.

Why You’ll Love It:

  • Spend less time switching between pages to understand what needs attention.
  • Prioritize work faster with clear severity signals and focused filtering.
  • Move from visibility to action in fewer clicks with pre-filtered workflows.

Note: The Operational Dashboard is available to Tracking Pro customers and is accessible to users with the Owner, Manager, and Location Manager roles. Users in other roles will continue to see the map as their default view.

Gateway Page | Customize and Narrow Your Gateway View

Improvement

We updated the Gateway page to make it easier to find and review the devices you need. You can now filter gateways by network status and gateway type and use basic search to quickly narrow the list.

What’s New:

  • Filter gateways by install status, network status and gateway type
  • Use basic search to quickly find matching gateways in the list

Why You’ll Love It:

  • Find the gateways you need faster without scanning the full list
  • Get a clearer view of gateway status and recent activity at a glance

Remote Monitoring | See affected areas and Moisture Points on floor plans

New

Technicians can now upload annotated floor plan images or hand-drawn sketches to document affected areas and Moisture Point locations throughout the drying process. Those visuals are available in the mobile app, field app, and Material Dry Report, giving both field and office teams clearer context before collecting readings or reviewing job progress.

What’s New:

  • Technicians can upload an annotated floor plan image or a photo of a hand-drawn sketch for additional job documentation.
  • Uploaded floor plans can show affected areas and Moisture Point locations throughout the structure.
  • These images are accessible in the mobile app, field app, and included in the Material Dry Report.

Why You’ll Love It:

  • Help field technicians see where Moisture Points are located on the floor plan before collecting readings.
  • Give field teams, office staff, and project managers a clearer view of the job layout.
  • Create more defensible documentation for insurance and reporting.

Remote Monitoring | Duplicate Material Moisture Points Faster

New

You can now duplicate a Material Moisture Point while creating a new one in Remote Monitoring. This makes it faster to set up multiple similar moisture points by carrying over key settings and notes, so your team can avoid repetitive data entry and keep setup consistent.

What’s New:

  • Duplicate an existing Material Moisture Point during creation of a new one
  • Copied details include material type, surface type, meter settings, drying standard, and notes
  • Create multiple similar moisture points without re-entering the same information each time

Why You’ll Love It:

  • Saves time when setting up similar moisture points
  • Reduces repetitive manual entry
  • Helps keep point setup consistent across similar monitoring needs
