🔤 Sorting — Added Title: A–Z and Title: Z–A sorting for headlines, to-dos, and quarterly priorities for more consistent list sorting across the app.

💳 Billing — Fixed duplicate charges for shared users across organizations under joint accounts and made invoice ordering and seat labels more consistent.

📡 Live meetings and real-time updates — Improved backend connection handling to reduce the risk of live meeting disruptions during heavy usage.

🌟 O&O List — Fixed an issue where star votes could carry over after a meeting was closed, restarted, or failed an integrity check preventing the users to vote again.

✨ BGOS Coached Bloom Day 60 Agenda Update

The Bloom Day 60 agenda is now fully up to date for BGOS Coached accounts.

Agenda pages are now editable and include instructions, replacing the old PDF-based experience for a more interactive session flow.

📆 Daily KPIs - Hide weekends

Hide weekends is now available for daily KPIs. This applies both in the KPI section and in KPI charts. This is available in the three dots when going into the daily KPIs view, where you also find average, cumulative, and so on…

👥 New & Existing Meetings

When creating a new meeting, added users now default to Admin permissions as opposed to Edit. When adding users to an existing meeting, they are now added with View, Edit, and Admin selected in the permissions box by default, as opposed to View and Edit only.

✅ Concluding a Meeting with Non-Attendee Permissions

Fixed an issue where a user with permission to run the meeting, but who was not an active meeting attendee, could start the meeting but hit an error when trying to conclude it. In some cases, this caused the meeting to get stuck. The flow now handles this correctly.

🛑 O&O List - Detail panel opening unexpectedly

• Fixed an issue where solving the last voted O&O would still try to open the next item even when no voted O&Os remained. It now stops at the last voted O&O and closes it when solved.

• Fixed an issue where solving voted O&Os would open the details panel automatically. It now respects your details panel setting and will not open it unless that is already your selected behavior.

• 🧠 O&O List notes panel— The notes panel will no longer auto-advance during strategic sessions, ensuring a smoother flow when reviewing and cleaning up your O&O list.

• 📋 BGOS – Check-in Sheet Archiving — Check-in sheets no longer auto-archive after starting and concluding a strategic session. After the session ends, you’ll now see a modal asking whether you want to archive the check-in sheet.

• ⭐️ Star Voting Sorting — After voting concludes, O&Os now automatically sort by vote count. The previous sorting is applied consistently for all meeting attendees once voting ends.

⭐️ Star voting — Resolved an issue where users couldn’t star-vote because the votes persisted across meeting instances. The issue list now correctly reflects the current user’s voting status and the number of stars available to allocate.

• 📝 Bloom Day 30 Check-in Sheet — You can now create and fill out a check-in sheet for Bloom Day 30 coaching sessions, just like the Bloom Quarterly check-in. Prepare your answers in advance or complete them during your session.

• 🔗 “Join an existing organization” URL — The link on the login page was leading to a 404 error page. It now correctly takes you to the help article on joining an organization.

• 👤 New users — Previously, when creating a new user and adding them to a meeting at the same time, the user would be created but silently not added to the meeting. This is now fixed — new users are properly added to the selected meeting on creation.

⚡️ KPIs performance - Improved loading speeds for the KPI section while in the weekly meeting for larger data sets (several weeks of data and lots of KPIs in the same meeting).

• 🧩 BGOS Strategic Sessions - For Bloom Day 30 we've updated the agenda and now most of the agenda items are interactive so no more PDFs.

• 🏷️ Quarterly Alignment Meeting - The wrap-up section of the meeting now matches your custom terms, no more confusion around the terminology.

• 🗳️ O&O Voting - When voting on O&Os, the details panel will automatically switch to the next voted O&O if the panel is open, whether in side-by-side or slide-over view. If you’re editing an item or adding a context-aware to-do, the panel will not switch automatically to prevent losing your work.

• 📄 Meeting Agenda PDF - Enabled the Meeting Agenda PDF from the three-dot menu next to the agenda. You can preview the agenda, choose the orientation, and download a PDF for printing or digital use.

• 💻 Workspaces - Reduced the size of the workspace header text, which previously appeared too large on smaller laptops.

• 🔗 General - Fixed an issue where items with a URL in the title did not wrap correctly in lists and workspace tiles. Text now wraps as expected, even when a URL is included.
