What are Schwartz Rounds? The Schwartz Rounds program is part of our organization’s approach to fostering workforce well-being and a culture of compassion. Schwartz Rounds sessions are opportunities to gather with colleagues to reflect on the emotional impact of our work. Each session begins with 3 or 4 panelist storytellers who share an experience related to the topic for that session. The session conversation is then opened up to all participants to share their own reflections and stories. Come to Schwartz Rounds and connect with your colleagues, reconnect with your meaning and purpose, and help us cultivate a compassionate culture for ourselves and the patients and families we serve.
