Week #003 - Under The Sea

STANDARD: This week's standard will focus on the characters from Finding Nemo and Sharks Tale
Theme One:

HUSH: You can use any techinque as you want (other than animation), BUT, your icons MUST NOT have any text. Not even tiny text.

Theme Two:

BLUE: This theme is pretty self explanatory, right? Your icons MUST be primary blue, or the topic/subject MUST showcase the color blue.

Hello everyone! I just want to start off by saying thank you to each and every one of you for showing interest in this community.

Secondly, I want to remind everyone that you have until FRIDAY , 22 June at 6:00 P.M. EST to get your icons in for Week #001, The Ladies of Shrek.

So far we have 8 beautiful entries, but more would be wonderful! Also, if you have already submitted, and you gave less than three icons, feel free to go back and submit others until you reach the limit (3)!!!!!!!

Week: #001 - The Ladies Of Shrek

Well, here we are! First challenge! Details behind the cut!

STANDARD: This week's standard will be the Ladies Of Shrek, meaning that all of your icons must involve at least one female character from the Shrek series.

Theme #1: To make it a little easier on you, I have decided that I will give you a provided image, in case you are lazy like me and don't want to look for images.

Theme #2: For this theme, I will give you a set of lyrics, and your icons must feature at least 3 consecutive words from the song 'Leave the Pieces' by The Wreckers.

Wow! Seven members! Thanks so much, everyone, for joining!!

This is the heads up that this contest will officially open on Thursday. The info says Friday, but I am actually leaving Thursday, because my birthday is Friday, so I'm starting a day early. Don't worry, you'll still get until the next Friday to turn in your icons. But, that is another story. I'll get to that Thursday.

This post is actually the Suggestions, Complaints, and bitching post. :D I'd rather it happen here than in some post. If you aren't happy with something, comment here, and we'll work on it. Also, if you have an idea for a theme, standard, or anything else, just comment.
